Privacy policy.

Short, because we collect very little. This site has one form and no tracking.

The short version

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you type into the contact form. We use it to reply to you. We do not run analytics, we do not set tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive the fields you filled in: your name, email address, and message, plus any optional details you chose to add such as your business name, phone number, current platform, team size, and budget range.

We do not collect anything else. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no tracking pixel on this site.

Why we collect it

To read your inquiry and reply to it, to prepare a quote if you want one, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. That is all.

Who processes it

  • Formspree receives your form submission and forwards it to us by email. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Google Workspace hosts the email inbox that receives your message.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, its systems process technical request data such as IP addresses for security and delivery. We do not access this for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we may reasonably need them for our business records, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case project correspondence is kept for as long as we hold your project records.

Your choices

Email us at contact@ourcradle.com and we will, within a reasonable time and free of charge:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete it, unless we are required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. We will honour valid requests under those laws. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
