Pricing

Quoted per project, agreed in writing.

A one-page site and a storefront are not the same job, so they are not the same price. These are the bands projects fall into. Your quote is fixed before work starts.

Project bands

Where projects land.

Every figure is a starting point. Scope moves the number, and we agree it with you before anything is built rather than after.

Fixed in writing before work begins. Half to start, half on handover.

Not sure which band you are in? Say what the business does and we will tell you, before you commit to anything. Typical delivery is two to four weeks, depending on how quickly we get content and answers from you.

Every project

What the price always includes.

Regardless of band. These are the steps that take a site from built to actually running, and they are the reason handover is a thirty-minute call rather than a folder of files and good luck.

Included in every build

  • Research on your business and competitors
  • Design and build, mobile-first
  • Contact form, tested end to end
  • Domain and DNS configured
  • Search and social preview tags
  • One round of revisions
  • Written documentation in plain language
  • A 30-minute walkthrough call
  • 30 days of fixes after launch

Afterwards

Then you decide who holds the keys.

This is the real choice, and most people find it obvious once it’s laid out. Neither option locks you in.

Handover

You own everything

One timeincluded in the build price

For businesses with someone in-house who is comfortable managing accounts, or who simply want to own it outright.

  • Full ownership of the code repository, transferred to you
  • Every account moved into your name and billing
  • Written handover document covering each platform
  • Walkthrough call, recorded if you want it
  • 30 days of fixes included
  • Support after that, quoted per request

Care

We hold the keys and run it

$150–300per month

For businesses that would rather not think about it. The rate depends on how often the site changes and whether you sell online, agreed before you start.

  • Content and copy changes on request
  • Replies within one business day
  • Fixes at no extra charge
  • Accounts, domains, and renewals monitored
  • Month to month, cancel any time
  • Switch to full ownership whenever you like, at no charge
Ask about care

Third-party costs are yours either way and are billed at cost with no markup: a domain name runs roughly $10–20 a year, and business email is optional. Hosting for a site of this kind is generally free at small scale.

Add-ons

Extras, priced the same for everyone.

Added to the build price if you want them. None of them are required.

Prices are one-time unless noted. Quoted individually if your case is unusual.

Honesty

What the price doesn’t cover.

Listed here so it never turns up as a surprise line on an invoice.

  • Ongoing marketing, advertising, or search ranking work
  • Photography and video production
  • Licensed stock photography beyond free-to-use sources
  • Paid third-party services you choose to add
  • Legal review of your terms or privacy policy
  • Changes after handover, unless you’re on a care plan
